Business overview
We are developing our ion-conductive polymer business within the sector of solid-electrolytelithium-ion secondary batteries. By producing and developing applications for a wide range ofsecondary battery materials, we established "ICP-m" (ion-conductive polymer matrix) systemtechnology and finalized the fundamental production technology for SE-ICP-m solid-electrolyte lithium-ion batteries in preparation for the construction of a semi-commercialplant. Furthermore, we have established a business program to drive the expansion ofcommercial production for SE-ICP-m solid-electrolyte lithium-ion batteries by licensing thissystem technology to the global market.

At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on November 21, 2025,
Tsutomu Sada was appointed as Representative Director and has assumed the position.
We plan to announce our future management vision and objectives in due course.
In particular, we have launched sales of thermal-transfer conductive polymers
and are expanding their market application across various materials.

 Development of "Cleanlite" (CL) a mobile power supply unit equipped with solar panels has commenced.
Sales of LIB (lithium-ion battery) cells have been discontinued (policy shifted toward developing devices powered by ourown LIB cells).
2011
 Launched in-house production and sales of the ionic liquid IL-FSI and the supporting electrolyte salt Li-FSI.
2012

 Sales have commenced for a range of electrodes, including products featuring balanced positive and negative electrode capacities (such as new LiFePO4electrodes).

2020
Steadily Advancing Technological Innovation Verifying Results
Amid the spread of COVID-19, we have leveraged remote work and other measures to overcome technical challenges one by one to the fullest extent possible, despite certainlimitations.
A major achievement has been the development of cell technology utilizing an ionic liquid-based electrolyte for high-voltage applications in next-generation lithium-ion batteries (LIBs).
Furthermore, we successfully established technology for bulk cathodes incorporating oxide-based materials (Garnet and NASICON) for solid-state LIBs. In particular, the successful development
of a medium-sized flat cell featuring a lithium metal foil anode and copper foil current collector represents a significant milestone that paves the way for future large-scale applications.

We have successfully achieved these technical development milestones by persevering through the constraints imposed on our R&D activities during thepandemic.
2024
